thursday haze

today is my last day for some time with my normal shade of brown hair. tomorrow it shall be as black as my soul. not that my soul is evil, i just left it in the skillet too long. soul tastes pretty good with a bit of pepper and a side of biscuits.

work has been moderately productive... capping off all of my assignments for 1 project and getting ready to start another. i don't like hopping tasks midday since it tends to knock my brain a bit off whack. that is all the better for me though. i get to work on my plans. i have many plans... i just don't know what they do just yet.

sitting in economics last night, something dawned on me... everything about economics can be summed up in 1 simple statement: Economics is the art of obtaining the most out of someone for the least. i know that doesn't sound very glorious, yet i tempt someone to dispute it. since, at our core, we are all animals looking out for our own survival, getting 'ahead' of the pack in any way is seen as a positive thing. is this moral? depends on your morals. a fair number would probably say no.

i'm glad it's already thursday. this week has flown by pretty quickly, and that makes me a happy panda. 12 oz. mouse comes on tonight, and there shall be much rejoiceing. i have almost survived october, which shocks me, but i'm still on the lookout, because there are 4 days to go.
